Shenyang region is now with PEP Chemistry since textbook is used,hereinafterreferred to as the high school chemistry textbook,up to now, for its usage, there hasbeen no relevant research,Based on this,this study in order to better help the first-lineteachers of Shenyang area more accurate use of textbooks,Improve efficiency in theuse of the textbook, and points out that can be improved on the textbook, to providesuggestions for compiling chemical textbooks in the future.In this study, the high school chemistry textbook compilation and use of relevanttheory, help to improve the quality and effect of the use of high school chemistrytextbook. Design for the investigation of Shenyang area chemical textbooks usingdimension, which is the fundamental of the research. In the high school chemistrytextbook was used to investigate the meaning of a series of problems, find out the newcourse of senior high school chemistry textbook compilation and use of guidingpractice, to provide meaningful for the teachers and the students, provide the originaldata for the revision of textbooks. This study used literature method, questionnairemethod, interview method, analysis method and other scientific methods, to providemeaningful suggestions for development of high school chemistry textbook.This study is divided into four parts, the first part "Introduction" mainlyexpounds the research topic, related literature review both domestic and foreignresearch status, research ideas and methods. The second part "Outline" high schoolchemistry textbook of the relevant concepts about high school chemistry textbook,and use the textbook theory and practice significance. The third part "investigation"ofsenior high school chemistry textbook mainly describes the design, high schoolchemistry textbook use questionnaire’s reliability, dimensions of the survey, surveyresults; analysis of interviews including the design and implementation of theinterview; high school chemistry classroom teaching research includes design andanalysis. The fourth part "proposals" mainly expounds some related suggestions toteachers and students and further the revision of textbooks.The innovation of this study is:(1) the content innovation: This is for theinvestigation of a high school chemistry textbook usage.(2) method innovation: usinga combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, improve the credibility of theresearch. In this study, a limited number of samples, can be extended range is limited, this is the inadequacy of this study.
