With the deepening of the curriculum reform and the development of the informationtechnology curriculum, the evaluation of people’s field of vision have changed from pay attentionto the evaluation of screening to motivate, diagnosis, and promote the role. High schoolinformation technology is a subject that improving the students’ information literacy as the goaland based on the practice, highly integrated and pay attention to creation. Teachers who carry outthe process evaluation in the information technology course can evaluate students’ learningmethods, related to the study results and the non-intellectual factors entirely.Through visit the writer found that the use of process evaluation in high school informationtechnology is less, the reason is mainly because that the understanding of the connotation anddesign method of process evaluation is not enough. To solve these problems, this study researchesprocess evaluation theory as a breakthrough point, based on the compulsory module of highschool information technology courses to design the scheme of process evaluation. The paperincludes five parts.The first part is the research reviewed. On the basis of reading vast amount of literature,putting forward the problems existing in the current evaluation, combines course standard andeducation target. Than it expounds the research purpose and significance, research status at homeand abroad, research contents and methods, and determined the angle of the research.The second part is the theoretical research. Through combing the basic concept, theoretical,the content and characteristics of process evaluation by literature research, which provides atheoretical support for the research.The third part is the approach to design of evaluation scheme. By dividing teaching contentmodule, determine the module teaching target, selection of evaluation content, evaluation methods,evaluation of the organization and implementation, evaluation of high school informationtechnology process plan basic structure of six aspects of evaluation for design research,combinedwith the teaching content and training objective of high school information technology coursescompulsory module, and put forward the basic structure of the evaluation program.The fourth part is aimed at the design of the process evaluation case. To select parts of twoteaching modules of high school information technology, analyzes its teaching goal and learningsituation, design evaluation plan and organize their implementation.The fifth part is conclusion. Through the investigation and understanding of the students and teachers in the evaluation found that the current high school information technology evaluationprocess to carry out extensive and in-depth enough. It needs to change the idea of evaluation,improve the evaluation theories and the practice method. The study put forward the design processof the high school information technology evaluation method,and verify the feasibility of theevaluation scheme through practice, at the same time, puts forward related suggestions on theimplementation of evaluation.This research has discovered that process evaluation has played a significant role ininformation technology course in the process of design and implementation of the evaluationscheme,it promote the improvement of teachers and students evaluation capacity development.But restricted by subjective and objective conditions, the implementation of evaluation scheme isjust for parts of two parts of the module, not refer to the total compulsory modules.
