| Ever since the autumn of 2006, Liaoning Province has entered the ordinary high school new curriculum reform comprehensively as the national third batch of pilot provinces. As is explicitly proposed in this reform, establishing an evaluation system which can promote the continuous development of students, teachers and the curriculum is the top priority of the current curriculum reform. In the new curriculum structure, technology as a newly-added subject includes two courses:information technology and general technology. In high school stage, information technology has not formed a complete and efficient academic evaluation system. In order to better promote the development of information technology in high school, we should follow the advanced concept of the curriculum reform and establish an information technology academic evaluation system according to the information technology course's own characteristics, including information technology academic evaluation theory, evaluation principles, contents, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods.The new information technology curriculum standard requires the evaluation of information technology should take the improvement of students' information literacy as a standard and cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability according to the spirit and nature of information technology curriculum. How to make students obtain the essential information knowledge and skills to foster the corresponding information consciousness through the study of information technology, and thereby finally enhance students' information literacy? How to determine students' information literacy gets promoted and enable students to obtain development? Mainly aimed at the goals of information technology education of high school stage and the assessment requirements of the new curriculum standards, combining the experience and lessons of the evaluation of student information literacy both at home and abroad, this topic is to study the compulsory module academic evaluation system which suits the present local education situation and the need of development. The topic research mainly divides into two parts:the fundamental research and the practical research. The fundamental research part mainly analyzes the present situations of high school information technology academic evaluation system both at home and abroad and discusses the purpose, functions, principles and standards of academic evaluation. Besides, some specific assessment methods are put forward to carry out the compulsory module academic evaluation. At the same time, on this basis, a high school information technology compulsory module academic evaluation system is given--the practical operation form.Mainly based on the fundamental research and Liaoning Province's "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan annual research topic of Educational Science carried out by the author's school, combined with the theoretical knowledge learnt during Education Master's learning process, the practical research part proposes the academic evaluation scheme and specific measuring methods. In practical teaching, the selected experimental classes were evaluated with the help of the evaluation forms designed for evaluation. Moreover, with multi-faceted and multi-level verification, evaluation experiments were conducted among students from brother schools where the learning situation is different. Through identifying problems in practice and improving the evaluation methods accordingly, the author designed an evaluation form which is more suited for practical teaching, in the hope of evaluating students' information knowledge, skills and attitudes comprehensively to the maximum extent. Finally, some advice is given in the thesis for further study. |
