School is a planned, organized and systematic organization of education, passing the knowledge and dreams, followed thousands of years of cultural tradition, provide learning services for people, carrying education and cultivating the great mission. The development of the school is important to the development of students and society. The school values interpret the school’s goal and the nature of the school, to guide the school construction; it plays an important role in the construction of the school. But the school’s value pursuit can be really realized when it melts in the school culture construction. So this paper starts from the situation of the school’s value pursuit, analyzing the present situation of school value pursuit according to the school to pursue the value is what and how to do the logical framework. On the basis of these, I propose the strategy of the construction of school culture which is oriented of the school’s value.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: introduction. This part mainly describes the research ideas and methods of this topic and the research significance, status, research. I summarize the school’s pursuit of value and implementation strategy in the current situation by scholars and I sort out the present research situation of the school culture simply.The second part: this part mainly demonstrates relationship of the construction of school culture and school value pursuit. The construction of school culture and pursuit of value is a dialectical unity. The pursuit of value is the core in school cultural construction, the pursuit of value plays a leading role in the school culture construction; in turn the school cultural construction promotes the realization of the pursuit of value.The third part: through the analysis of outstanding middle school of East China, central China, North China, Southern China, northwest, southwest, northeast area in the school motto, school running idea, student activities, such as the current moral education of School in our country, the pursuit of value is sorted out and summarized. This analysis mainly includes two aspects:which value is pursued in middle schools and how to realize these values. By using the method of literature study, I found that China’s middle schools have established the first-class school goal; this goal is reflected in moral, intellectual, ecology and so on. In order to realize the value pursuit of school, school take a value instilling, optimizing environment, to carry out practical activities etc... On this basis, I summarize some problems in the pursuit of values progress.The fourth part: The strategy of cultural construction of schools which is oriented by value. Value of school can be highlighted and realized only through cultural construction of school, so we have to strengthen cultural construction of school. We can foster spiritual and cultural, optimize the physical environment, and build classroom culture, carried out activities and develop and implement the system in five aspects.
