In the face of a series of time development global challenges.such as economic globalization,the information age learning socialization and so on,a change in school culture as the care is spreading all over the word,a long with elementary education reform.Under the new reform,harmony of school education,characteristic culture and school running strategy is the only way of every school.To strengthen the construction of school characteristic culture is to enhance the quality of school running and the scientific,choice of core competitiveness.School culture is a part of the whole culture,it is the common belief and behavior of all members of the school.The good school culture can cultivate students'sentiment,mobilize the enthusiasm of the people,inspire people's initiative it is good to improve students' ideological and moral quality,and it is conductive to promoting the harmonious development of students' comprehensive quality,the problems existing in the culture construction taking one school in Helong as an example,and to put forward the improvement method the corresponding problem,I hope to give a hand to the school culture construction.Through literature research, investigation and study found that the current junior high school in the school culture there are some problems. In the case of X middle school in Helong, the construction of the material culture of the school is low and lacks the characteristic; the content of the spiritual culture construction is lack; the system culture construction sticks to the tradition, takes the text seriously, lacks the timeliness; behavior cultural aspect, can reflect the school culture connotation activity Less attractive to students.After the questionnaire and interviews with teachers and related investigations, it is found that the main reasons for the cultural problems of X middle school in Helong are as follows:first, the lack of funds for school cultural construction, inadequate investment; second, for the school culture Third, the development of the school has been influenced by the examination-oriented education; Fourth, the school for the school culture practice exploration is not enough.Through the survey of teachers and students, the author makes a detailed analysis of the situation of X Middle School in Helong, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the existing problems.
