The Study Of Contemporary College Students’ Charity Behavior And Influence Factors

Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid social and economic development, philanthropy in our increasingly occupy an important position. Charity while promoting economic growth, but also increasingly become an important part of our social security, in helping the poor, stabilizing the society plays an important role. As a group of college students receiving higher education is the future of society and the subsequent strength of the backbone pillars. We can say that the development of college students charitable largely affect the current level of development of the future of philanthropy. In this study, acts of charity for the study of college students, college students explore the related factors act of charity on the basis of the analysis of the status quo, and then propose ways to cultivate college philanthropy.Research methods to survey-based, case interviews supplement. First, a review of relevant literature clearly the research questions and research. Secondly, based on the results of the existing concepts of charity were defined. Then, according to the research design and questionnaire to collect information for statistical analysis, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Questionnaire mainly by university students the basic situation, charitable cognition college, college students constitute three charitable participation, the survey samples from eight universities in Wuhan City college students.The research shows that the presence of charity awareness is weak, not strong philanthropic participation, motivation and other issues overall philanthropy diverse college students. The factors that affect college students participating in charity, personal financial ability, professional grade, political affiliation, family environment, school and social environment of college students have a significant impact on philanthropy. According to the findings, the paper individual, family, school and community four angles, combined with the characteristics of the students themselves, put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions to promote the continuous development of college philanthropy.
