College students are the future of the country and the nation.Spirital civilization come from their savaged physique and minds.The physical health and exercise persistence of college students is significant not only to Building Leading Sports Nation but also to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Exercise persistence refers to the behavior that individuals continue to exercise regularly for a period of time and keep it for a long time.It is a necessary condition for individuals to enhance their physique,live a healthy life,improve their personality and temper volitional quality through persist on physical exercise.As the statement in the Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation,"It is an important part of school physical education to promote young people to improve physical quality and develop a healthy lifestyle." Colleges and universities not only need to complete the teaching of physical education courses,but also have the educational responsibility of promoting exercise,strengthening students' physique,building campus sports,and establishing a correct concept of sports.But so far,lacking of physical activity or exercise persistence is still a prominent problem in school sports.Scholars have made a long-standing research on College Students' exercise persistence behavior,and achieved aplenty results.Through three stages of exploration and foundation,preliminary formation and developing,maturity and integration,the theoretical framework of exercise persistence behavior had been formed according to Health belief model the theory of planned behavior and social cognitive theory,which is more like psychology research than management research.The deficiency of exercise persistence decision-making process hard to be ignore.In addition,in recent years,the development of big data technology has enabled the virtualization of college students' exercise behavior,virtual sports social interaction and knowledge sharing of user generated content,etc.,which has changed the research background,and relevant adaptive research is scarce.Therefore,this paper puts forward a research question on the influencing factors and promoting strategies of college students' exercise persistence behavior.The research methods include user generated content analysis and mining,literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,machine learning and logic induction.The decision-making process,influencing factors,action mechanism and promotion strategies of college Students' exercise persistence behavior has been cross-validated by combing analytical results of academic research,virtual exercise community user generated content and semi structured interview.The conclusions are as follows:(1)College students' exercise persistence behavior is affected by 13 factors,such as lifestyle self-assessment,health cognitive self-assessment,exercise cognitive self-assessment,personal investment,social support,exercise atmosphere,venues and equipment,exercise benefit perception,exercise risk perception,exercise internal drive,exercise self-efficacy,exercise persistence time,exercise persistence quality and so on.These 13 factors constitute the five elements of College Students' exercise persistence behavior model:self-evaluation of health behavior,conditions of exercise,effect perception of exercise,internal drive of exercise and persistence behavior of exercise.(2)The five elements are logical divided into four layers:"perception and input-decision making-internal drive-behavior output",which forms a chain mediation model and can be summarized as a "SCeiP" behavior model."SCeiP"behavior model takes college students' exercise persistence behavior as the research object,aims to promote and optimize the elements and decision-making process,and promotes college students to make continuous persist decision by continuously improving the function and coordination of relevant elements.(3)Internal drive of exercise is the motivation source of exercise persistence behavior,and is the core mediating variable in the "SCeiP" model,and its influence is different according to the individual's different stage of behavior.The two internal promotion paths and the two external feedback paths of the model all follow the action logic of "objective-subjective-objective",indicating that exercise persistence is the result of objective factors exerting active effects through subjective factors.Therefore,the research should pay attention to both objective influencing factors and subjective action mechanism.(4)College students are yielding to the influence of external information,and the efect perception of a single exercise will affect the subsequent decision-making.In essence,exercise persistence is a system of dynamic change and spiral development,which is a process for individuals to make rational decisions about whether to exercise or not.In a period of time,the output results of each decision will be fed back to the input layer,affecting a new round of decisions.In the survey of virtual exercise community,it is found that exercisers prefer to conduct cost-benefit analysis on the exercise effect.Only when the benefits of exercise are greater than the risks,individuals will generate enough exercise internal drive to insist on exercise.(5)Virtual exercise community gathers college students' exercise persistence behavior and knowledge sharing and social behavior.The theory of exercise persistence behavior has certain adaptability in the virtual exercise field,but it still needs to be expanded.The virtual exercise community and platform of college students' are the main battlefield for the establishment of behavioral narrative rules and value logic in exercise training,which needs to be designed and built.Based on the "SCeiP" model,the overall idea of online and offline double cycle promotion of college students' exercise persistence behavior is formed.According to the Barnum effect theory,knowledge sharing on the information platform can shape the scientific sports concept.Respecting the individual behavior differences will function the aggregation effect of value identification of physical exercise persistence in promoting exercise persistence.(6)In order to predict and guide college students' exercise behavior by'individualized guiding",classification strategy should be develop by PCA-GS-SVM algorithm training data classifier.Accuracy of the classifier in the training set and test set were higher than 87%which is able to fulfil the requirements of "individualized guiding" for platform.Exercise persistence behavior was divided into eight categories,and specific classification promotion strategies were developed according to the characteristics of different categories.(7)The design and implementation of exercise persistence promoting platform for can provide platform strategies and guarantee strategies for realizing the exercise persistence promotion of "individualized".Based on the application requirements,the platform functions were designed.The theoretical concepts of "SCeiP" model were materialized,and feedback mechanism,incentive system and stickability reinforcement were integrated to the design and implementation.In view of the promotion and application of the information platform,the guarantee strategy is formulated from three aspects:organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,supervision and feedback guarantee.The innovation of this study mainly focuses on the following three points.Expanded the theoretical framework of exercise and broaden the application scenarios of existing exercise behavior research through using management theory.Taken virtual exercise community user classification and user generated content analysis research path in the methodology system of exercise persistence behavior research.Developed the questionnaire of college students' exercise persistence behavior to provide empirical basis for the quantitative study of college students' exercise persistence behavior.
