Along with the gradual promoting of the Curriculum Reform, The implementation of the three rank curriculum management system has provided the development space for school principal’s curriculum leadership, and at the same time put forward higher requirements. The school carries tasks of guarantee the development and improvement of the curriculum system, the principal has responsibility to lead the curriculum. The paper uses the data studies, case analysis, interview investigation method and observational method. And through analyzing the leadership and management literature, trying to find a new point to promote the principal principal’s curriculum leadership, deepening the positive development of the school curriculum system, in order to adapt to the inherent requirement of the Curriculum Reform constantly.This article has elaborates the connotation of the principal curriculum leadership, the result is that the principal’s curriculum leadership can not be reduce to single ability, it should conclude the principal’s values, running ideology, Knowledge, emotion, will, personality. The principal should command the curriculum team, to manage, guide and develop the system of school curriculum, in order to realize school’s development target. The author has Put forward the component of the principal’s curriculum leadership, by analyzed the case studies, the influence factors of the principal’s curriculum leadership include principal’s personal factor and social factor, the forming process include school-based teaching research activities, the construction of school curriculum culture, teachers’curriculum execution ability. For that, the author has put forward the way of improvement principal’s curriculum leadership. Firstly, the principal needs to have good quality structure. Including the principal’s own positioning, to improve to professional quality, strengthen the consciousness of curriculum leadership, enhance the execution of the curriculum. Secondly, by the construction process of school, principal needs to establishment of curriculum team, get into the classroom practice, construction of school curriculum culture.
