The values are as below, to better the function of teaching in the modern society, to better to reorganize the student’s experience, can provide better conditions for students’personality development and the last can create conditions for teachers’intelligence development. The appropriate teaching is mainly based on the following theory, the internal cause and external cause of philosophy, the theory of knowledge acquisition method, the subjective activity of ethnology and the process attribute of education. The implementations of the appropriate teaching strategy are as below, lead students to learn first, do not teach that no need to teach, for the contents that need to teach, teaching directly when the contents of low complexity and teaching indirectly when the contents of high complexity.
