During the21st century our economic and cultural develop unprecedented. The GDP of China had reached nearly52trillion yuan2012and became the world’s second largest economy to the United States. With the increasing income people earn, they should not ignore concerns about health. Chairman Mao Zedong once praised young people as "the morning sun at8:00am or9:00am and the future and the hope of China as well". Therefore, the health problems of young people should be paid much attention to. Mao Zedong also put forward that:if you want to make people spiritual civilized, first it is better to make their body stronger. Among school education and all-round development of human beings, Mao Zedong ranked sport as the first important matter in school, which is a sign of social progress and civilization, the basis of the prosperity of the country, and the important feature of a prosperous nationSince the implementation of the family planning policy, the more gradually increasing one-child families are, the much more families emphasis on children’s physical fitness. Especially in recent years, the internet, newspapers and other media frequently reported a series of jury phenomenon of college students or young people when they involve in daily sports, about which has aroused widespread concern. I find that there are many research materials of only-child concentrated in the areas of pedagogy and psychology rather than physical decline.China entered in a rapid development track in21st Century. While economic and cultural develop, a series of problems appear, coupled with this particular group of one-child families which is the policy only carried out in China. It will definitely bring some social contradictions. Therefore, studies on why the one-child physical decline is urgent. Through the form of questionnaires, the author knew much about today’s one-child physical exercise status. What is more, the cause of one-child physical decline will be investigated and discussed combined with the development of today’s society, school education, and family education. It is aims that to come up with ideas which can solve this social phenomenon.
