| Badminton is an advantageous sport in China’s competitive sports.The outstanding achievements of the Chinese team in the Thomas cup and uper cup badminton competitions held in 2018 are a good example.However,with the continuous improvement of the competitive level of badminton in various countries,China’s advantages in badminton are gradually lost.If we want to maintain this advantage,we need constant innovation.In all competitive sports,strength training is the foundation,and core strength training,as a new strength training method,has attracted more and more attention from scholars,teachers and coaches.Through specific experiments,this paper conducts core strength training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training for college badminton majors,and then tests students’ physical quality and technical movements,so as to understand the changes of students’ physical quality and technical movements under different strength training methods.This paper selected junior badminton majors from changzhi college,changzhi city,Shanxi Province as the experimental objects.Before the experiment,the students were tested for their physical quality,badminton technical movement skills and technical evaluation.Finally,all the students were ranked from high to low in the skills assessment score,and then divided into groups by the snake method.After four months of strength training,the two groups of students were also tested for their physical fitness,badminton skills and skills evaluation of technical movements,and then the conclusions were drawn,and then the final analysis and discussion were conducted.The experimental results showed that :(1)16 weeks of traditional waist and abdomen strength training improved the physical quality of students in the control group,but did not improve the ability of body balance and stability.(2)16 weeks of traditional waist and abdomen strength training has little or no effect on the improvement of students’ badminton technical movements,indicating that in the long run,traditional waist and abdomen strength training is not conducive to the formation and development of badminton technical movements.(3)16 weeks of core strengthtraining improved the physical quality of students in the experimental group,especially the ability to balance and stabilize their bodies.(4)16 weeks of core strength training not only improved the physical quality of the students in the experimental group,but more importantly,improved the badminton technical movements of the students,so that the badminton technical movements of the students can be more easily expressed in the complex and changing competition field,with high quality and beautiful movements.(5)both core strength training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training can improve students’ physical quality,and core strength training can better improve the body’s balance and stability.Core strength training can better promote the improvement of badminton technical movement,while traditional waist and abdomen strength training has no obvious effect on the improvement of badminton technical movement. |
