Core strength training is an important means to improve the quality of special sports.The previous professional training for badminton is mainly based on traditional strength training,which mainly trains the whole large muscle group and the strength of the limbs.The core strength training mainly refers to the strength training of deep muscle groups and small muscle groups in the core area of the human body,through training,it can promote its active participation in sports.Because of this,it is particularly important to design a practical core strength training method applied to badminton sports majors,and improve their sports quality training.The student the study object of this thesis from the ordinary higher school sports professional badminton,taking Qujing Normal University as an example,learn from the existing literature at home and abroad can be,some have been proved by the practice of mature core strength trai ning methods,to fully consider the actual needs of badminton professional students in the process of making the the physical characteristics,and badminton movement characteristics,from the special student movement skills and quality level of badminton students core strength training can obtain a certain effect,can have practical significance to guide students in physical education teaching of core strength training.Of course,the validation of the training effect of core strength is not enough to provide a strong theoretical basis for the training of badminton students.This paper mainly adopts the following ways of analysis and research,mainly including literature review,expert interview,experiment,statistics,logical a nalysis and so on.There are 30 badminton badminton students in Qujing Nor mal University physical education college.There are 30 students in badminton.It is divided into two classes,and different training methods are used to train them.The experimental class adopts the core strength training method,and the control class adopts the traditional strength training method.The training con tents were arranged according to the group with no difference before and aftertraining.After training for 12 weeks in the experimental class and the control class,the badminton special students' sports quality: strength quality index,special speed quality index,coordination index and special endurance index were analyzed.The conclusion is as follows:After the experiment,1 test scores of professional badminton silent of the movement of the quality indicators have been improved.It can be seen that core strength training and general strength training can improve students' sports quality,but core strength training can better improve the sports quality of badminton special students in the aspect of body support stability,upper and lower limbs coordination and continuous force.2,after the experiment,the data of two groups of indicators were compared and analyzed.Before and after training,the upper limbs of the experimental class and the control class increased rapidly,and the waist and abdomen strength and endurance had different degrees of improvement.From the comparison between the experimental class and the contrast group,the strength training effect of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.3,through the comparative analysis of two groups of indicators after experiment,the speed,speed and reaction speed of the experimental class and the control class before and after training have been improved,and there are obvious differences.In the experimental class,the core strength training method is adopted.The traditional group adopts the traditional training method.By contrast,we can know that the speed quality training effect of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.4,through the comparison and analysis of the two groups of index data after the experiment,from the comparison results between the experimental class and the contrast group,the effect of the experimental class's coordination training is better than that of the control class.5,after the experiment,the two groups of indicators: the full field of multi ball movement is more obvious,and there are significant differences.From the comparison between the experimental class and the contrast group,the experimental class is better than the control class for the endurance training of the special students.
