Composition teaching always is the important part of Chinese teaching and one of the difficulties in Chinese teaching. In recent years, some educatinal experts and educators who work as a teacher make deep research and explore with their educationa thought and professinal knowledge. However, the state of composition teaching of junior high school is not ideal. It is commal that the teachers proposition radomly, guide easly, evaluate single, which lead to the students lacking of the rigorous and system training and guiding.So the whole level of composition is not high.If the chinese teacher want to get good effect on composition teaching, he should train and guide the student step by step according to rules of mental development of students and the characters of language,which show emphasis of every stage and also highlight the process fron easy to difficult and from shallow to deep. Follow this thought, this research start with periodic training on composition of junior high school students, analyse the important meaning of systemly and periodic guiding and training.The first chapter of this paper explicit the periodic character of composition teaching and make a conception through training aim,content and angle. The second chapter of the paper expound the importance of three different stage training of three grades of junior high school from different style. The third chapter of this compostion show this importance of periodic training from differet level on difficlties and make it clear including content, language, hierarchical, aim. The forth chapter emphasize on the importance of periodic and systemly text to compositiong training, and constract the periodic traning text by the writers experience as a chinese teacher. The fifth chapter put emphasis on materials accumalation, reading perfect article, written experience to the stedents. The sixth chapter put emphasis on evaluating periodicly and constracting the developmen evaluation which present all kinds of evaluation criterion and ways.The ability of written directly manifest the quanlity of chinese teaching and the chinese comprehensive quanlity of students. If composition teaching have clear and reasonble teaching plan and process with training periodicly and systemly step by step, the situation of low quanlity in composition teaching will be changed.
