A new era proposes the new request on education. Language curriculum reform at the beginning of new century has given junior high school composition teaching a new historical mission. This paper follows"to promote development of students"curriculum ideas to explore all kinds of mental barriers which appear in the process of writing ,in accordance with the laws of physical and mental development of junior high school students, from a psychological point of view, especially from the psychological point of view of students writing ,and then to propose the conception of optimization of junior middle school composition teaching.The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction summarizes the background and the intention of this paper.Chapter I-outline of the teaching research of writing in middle school,proposes the viewpoint of this paper's research based on research of the overseas junior middle school composition teaching ,grasping current trends of teaching research of junior high school in our country. Chapter II- the status of Junior middle school composition teaching and thinking, analyses the current problems in composition teaching through the research of status of junior middle school composition teaching, then to ponder the present situation of composition teaching in junior middle school rationally. Chapter III- optimized strategy of junior middle school composition teaching , the focus of the full text, designs the junior high school composition teaching from three aspects - optimizing student's writing psychology, using an open teaching style and establishing pluralistic evaluation system.The conclusion points several problems which should also be paid attention to in the concrete composition teaching reform.
