The Japanese government was willing to accept these students because the Japanese has had cultural aggression by study tourism in their colony. So they supported the Chinese students investigating in Japan by the Boxer Indemnity, which made the activities of Chinese students investigating Japan to its climax.In1930s, Chinese government canceled this policy, because it was aggressing, which made this activities to normal.During the Chinese students in Japan, they investigated various types of schools, cultural organizations and Japan’s social status. They also communicated with public figures in Japan and the youth groups in case to investigate the thoughts of Japan. Comparing with other people’s investigation abroad, the student investigated in Japan was little influence in the education of China. And, comparing with the Japanese students ’investigation in china, it was just an education act and activity. But it was special in a special time, and at the new time, study tourism attracted other people’s attention once more, therefore, it is necessary to study it.
