A Studay On Education Wisdom Of Class Management Of Li Zhenxi

Class management plays an important role in the elementary and middle schooleducation. It is effective to enhance the level of class management among the primary andmiddle school teachers through surveying and analyzing their educational ideas of expertteacher taking on class management. Especially, the famous teacher Li Zhenxi, his classmanagement is representative, operational and widespread. Therefore, it has become ourin-depth study and research topics. In his class management, democratic ideas ofpeople-oriented and scientific forms of rule-oriented management is the most representative,and it is our prominent research problems as well.This dissertation adopts the documentary method and case study method. It makes a casestudy for the class management ideas and concrete operational process based on watchingvideos referring to report of educational ideas, and the reading educational essays, classmanagement diary and publishing books of Li Zhenxi, and gives the concept of classmanagement to the theoretical level. It can provide reference and blueprint for the first-lineteachers in charge of primary and secondary schools in order to promote their levels of classmanagement.This dissertation is mainly discussed from three aspects. To begin with, it reviews andsummarizes the concept of class management of Li Zhenxi, namely, the ideas of democraticmanagement, spirit of scientific management, and the sense of love, childishness andresponsibility required as an excellent teacher in charge of a class have been expoundedsystematically. In addition, it explores and analyzes the educational track of classmanagement of Li Zhenxi. It is concluded that the original intention is based on students’standard, and finally returns to the students’ correct evaluation and reflection or improvementfor the management mode in terms of teachers after the fundamental change the way of ruleof man to rule of law. Moreover, according to the previous research, it comes to a conclusionthat the successful class management education of Li Zhenxi lies in people-oriented,rule-oriented management and love outside the rules. At last, the author borrows an attitudefrom Li Zhenxi which is pursing senior educational thought for many years and encourageseach other with the first-line teachers, that is, learn to thought essence of others, combine their own practical situation, exert the spirit of innovation and do the best of myself.As to the research of educational wisdom in the class management of Li Zhenxi, theauthor aims to provide ideas and enlightenment for the first-line teachers in charge of primaryand secondary schools in the class management work so as to create a new situation ofharmonious coexistence between teachers and students in terms of class management work.
