With the promotion of education for all-round development and the further research ofeducation reform, people attach importance to teachers’ role in education, so we should domore researches about teachers.This thesis is based on the current trend of education reform todo research about the teaching style of four teachers.This thesis is mainly based on the teaching styles of four special-class teachers----WuZhengxian, Dou Guimei, Li Zhenxi, Li Jilin, by watching their wonderful class activity,reading their writings, analyzing their superb teaching art, we can summarize their uniqueteaching style. Through the analysis and contrast of the formation about the four teachers’teaching styles, the factors of their teaching styles, and then conclude the common essence oftheir teaching styles.This thesis pays more attention to the teaching styles of four special-class teachers----Wu Zhengxian, Dou Guimei, Li Zhenxi, Li Jilin. At first, from the teaching case of fourteachers we can see the diversification of their teaching styles. They have different teachingstyles: teacher Wu’s rational style, teacher Dou’s emotional style, teacher Li Zhenxi’s leadingstyle, teacher Li Jilin’s euphemistic style. In the next place, from four special-class teachers’teaching style, the factors which influence the forming path, analysis of the four special-classteachers, teaching style of the common essence.The formation of Wu Zhengxian’s teacher’steaching style has gone through four stages, from learn to hard exploration to the research tothe last founding feature. The formation of Dou Guimei’s teacher’s teaching style has gonethrough three stages, Self awareness, self reflection self independence. The formation of LiZhenxi teacher’s style from romanticism to realism and then to ideal education. Li Jilin’sstyle is from situational teaching to the situational teaching theory, finally found the situationeducation. From the formation of the common matrix path to summarize their teaching styleof their teaching style, we can learn that they must inspire today’s primary and secondaryschool teachers’ professional development.Teachers teaching style is unique and it can’t be imitated. As a new teacher, I haven’tform my own teaching style, but I can imitate the teaching styles of special-class teachers, andthen I can gradually form my own teaching style. As the famous scholar Li Rumi’ssaying----the four stages of teaching style formation is started from the imitation teachingstage. Therefore, this thesis starts from the four special-class teachers’ teaching style, findingtheir common essence. I hope my thesis would provide help to the developing stage teachersin primary and secondary schools and provide some substantive suggestions.
