Onthe other side, the number of students who choose physics becomes fewerand fewer. So it's necessary and important to make the physics-classroominteresting and useful. Developing teaching-style is a good way to achieve thisgoal.With the progress of curriculum reformation, to promote the physicseducation and people's quality, the research on teaching theory especially theteaching-style theory is imperative. Relying on the "2004 Forum of SuperPhysics Teacher all around the country", an investigation about"Teaching-Style and its Developing of Physics Teacher in Middle Schools"hasbeen done. At the same time, interviews to some typical physics teachers ofmiddle school in Shanghai are also completed. On the basis of these work, thethesis discussing teachers'growing and training is accomplished. It containsfour parts.In the first part, the necessity to develop the teaching-style and theresearch value of teaching-style of physics teacher in middle schools aregiven.The second part gives the conception, characteristics and sorts ofteaching-style of physics teacher in middle schools.In the third part, the developing-law of teaching-style of physics teacher inmiddle schools is put forward. This part begins with the analysis on thedeveloping-factors, and then four developing-stages are concluded.The last part put forward several approaches to develop the teaching-style.Some problems should be pay attention to during this process are alsoemphasized. |
