Embedded Professional Social Work Study People In The Community Mediation

With the accelerating pace and process of the modernization and the urbanization, China’s social economy has entered into the key period of development.But because of the obvious and potential changes not only in the amount but in the forms of unharmonious factors that threaten the development,the adjustment and changes of the social structure and the pattern of interests and the profound changes in people’s minds and thinking, China’s social and economic development is faced with the challenges of social conflicts and disputes,which are always multiple and complex. Nowadays,the nature, scale, subject, performance, location and duration of social conflicts and disputes are with transition characteristics.The people have new hopes and new demands when deal with the social conflicts and disputes.Mediation system in our country especially the people’s mediation is facing more and more pressure, difficulties, challenges, threats and growth test when prevent, investigate, mediate and resolve due to those factors above.However,with the policy of building a harmonious socialist society and People’s Mediation Law of the people’s Republic of China promulgated, the innovation and development of people’s mediation system has gained the policy support and legislation.So it has solved a large number of social conflicts and disputes and maintained social harmony and stability.But the development is obviously unbalanced in different regions.In modern society,professional social work has certain development space.As a social institution arrangement,a social management power and a social service force,the professional social work is in the process of localization.Due to the characteristics of China’s national conditions,the process of localization of professional social work is embedded in the society. Professional social work and China’s actual social work both play social functional roles not only in dealing with personal problems and social issues,but also in maintaining social stability and unity.Therefore,professional social works into the community people mediation has its feasibility and practical significance.This research is based on Xi’an City, Shanxi province C community as an example.According to ecological system theory, social role theory, cognitive theory and communication theory in social work,the author analyzed the basic elements of professional social work embedded by using the methods of literature analysis, observation method and interview method.And these basic elements included the possibility, the role and function of the subject, the object’s demand,mechanism and mode,the embedding effect and the reflective for practice.The agreements between professional social work and community people’s mediation contain the essence and the function, value and work principles,attitude for practical experience and providing practical technology,which increase the possibility and feasibility of embedded.The professional social work play a facilitator, educators, the integration of resources, service providers and other social roles.At the same time,the reform and progress of community people mediation needs concept,theory and practice technology from professional social work. This study embedded the analysis of the status based on perspective of the whole people in the Ecological system theory,value,theory and practice technology.Combining with the expectation of the object to the subject,The author has carried out the growth group service and designed the community service activities which theme was "Warm Fate and Enthusiastic Bridge"...
