Social Work Intervenes In The Community Integration Of The Old People In The Move

With the rapid development of China's economy,the population is moving faster and faster.More and more young couples choose to live in cities with more employment opportunities,beautiful environment and high welfare.When they stabilize.because of certain For a specific reason,my parents will be connected to the new city to live together.These old people have left the original place of residence and moved into the new community.We call them elderly migrant workers.As the capital city of Anhui province,Hefei has perfect urban facilities,high welfare benefits and abundant employment resources,making Hefei a big city with a floating population.The old man who left the country left his hometown for decades and moved to a completely unfamiliar environment.They gave up their interpersonal relationships in their hometown for decades and gave up the familiar living environment around them,in order to take care of their children or take care of their grandchildren.When you come to the new community,this is undoubtedly a challenge for the elderly.The old people who are moving due to age and body are far less able to adapt than the young people.This makes the old people in the new environment have many confusions.how to help the old people to move into the community better is a problem that the state and the society urgently need to think about and solve,if the old people adapt to the problem are solved,then the old people will spend one.a happy and comfortable old age is also very helpful in improving the city's happiness rate.Through the opportunity of internship in the G community in Hefei City,the author pays attention to the problem of the large number of elderly people moving in the G community and the community integration of most of the old people moving in the community.this study is based on the theory of community integration and activity theory,and selects 120 in the G community,the elderly with the age of 55-65 are the research objects.through the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,and the in-depth interview method to understand the community integration of the elderly in the G community,the study found that the G community is moving in the lifestyle of the elderly.the integration of social,identity,culture and policy is not very optimistic,and the factors affecting the integration of the elderly community are also diverse.the author mainly analyzes from the micro,meso and macro aspects.the decline in personal ability and personal differences of the elderly are the main reasons that affect the community.in the middle view,the disharmony of family relationships with the elderly is the reason why the elderly are difficult to integrate into the community.on the macro level,mainly due to medical policies and the impact of the endowment insurance policy on the integration of the elderly community.In the process of research,the author uses social work theory as a guide to analyze the three major paths of G community involvement in the community integration of the elderly.The research shows that through the intervention of case work,group work and community work,the old people who have moved in the past have overcome to some extent.In the dilemma of integration,the elderly are willing to take the initiative to participate in community affairs and initially establish a network of interpersonal relationships.The involvement of social workers has strengthened the relationship between the elderly who have moved,enriched the leisure life of the elderly,and effectively helped the elderly who are moving in.community.Although the intervention of social workers has certain effects,there are still some problems:language has become the first stumbling block for social workers,the potential of failing to explore the target of service,the level of specialization is not high,the information management of the elderly with the chaos is not enough,and the community support is insufficient.The author puts forward a series of improvement aspects for the insufficiency.From the perspective of the elderly,it is necessary to break the language gap,explore the potential of the elderly,and cultivate the independent consciousness of the elderly;carry out social worker training and improve the quality of service from the perspective of social work professional services;from the family perspective social workers should help the elderly who are moving to form a good family atmosphere;from the perspective of the community,the community should improve information services and improve community support;from the perspective of social work policies,social workers need to advocate policies to support the elderly.
