With the fast development of ageing, the loss of long-term care is increasingly obvious. With the changes in the development of social economy and the traditional family structure, and the change of old geographical, industry relations, the frail elderly informal care service face the crisis, such as the number of children in family reduce, the choice of work and care for children. At the same time, the frail elderly formal care services also have some shortcomings:Firstly, perfect care system has not been established. Secondly, the private pension institutions and social welfare institutions exist dilemma. The last formal care service personnel’s professional quality should be strengthened. In this case, strengthen the disability of the elderly formal&informal care resources integration has the urgency and necessity, on the one hand it can alleviate the current disability in elderly care in question, on the other hand, it can provide some idea for the long-term care system in china. This is consistent with the traditional concept of retirement, but also conforms to the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" development.This paper is carried out on the basis of case interview and literature data. First of all, using literature and theory as the foundation, understand disability situation of long-term care for the elderly and the existence in the home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of this, through case interviews, obtain Lian hu District of Xi’an disability status of formal, informal care services for elderly and disabled the actual needs of the elderly. Thirdly, established of disability different target elderly care resource integration, integration from four aspects to make:information resources, financial resources, human resources, material resources. Then, use Germany, USA, Japan as examples in the developed countries Introduce the frail elderly care experience, including taking care of content, services provided, care cost allocation, staffing management, and carries on the comparative analysis, obtains to our country disabled elderly care resource implications. Finally, the developed countries for reference through the frail elderly care experience, combined with China’s specific situation of disabled elderly, put forward some concrete measures and suggestions, in order to promote the disabled elderly formal&informal care resources integration, and promote the smooth development of the long-term care of disabled elderly career.
