Based on the characteristics of Thai primary and secondary school teaching and students learning characteristics, combined with Chinese teachers in promoting Chinese teaching practice, proposed to effectively change the significance of the traditional evaluation, and described how to introduce games teaching method appropriate to increasing interest in the assessment method. Through the following method to study this subject: first, literature research, through to the psychological characteristics of the Thai students learning Chinese and interesting teaching investigation and analysis of relevant research literature, as a whole to grasp the current situation of research in the field of theory and, to determine how to approach in the way of the measurement will be interesting to introduce. Second, the classification of induction:according to the evaluation steps and requirements, according to the teaching practice to show measurement methods are classified. Three, the empirical study method:in order to detect their institute concluded effect in the practice of teaching, selection of individual cases, according to their own design teaching strategies applied to practical teaching, in order to test its effect. This article discusses from three aspects combining with practice experience..At the first, the Thai Chinese teaching and the present situation of the students’ Chinese level requirements assessment mode need to interesting, the second is about fun at various stages of testing methods and evaluation principles, requirements for teachers’ quality and should pay attention to in the process of the measurement of each item, finally combining with teaching practice cases showing how the international Chinese language teachers should taste under the guidance of the theory of evaluation.
