In today’s knowledge economy era, the society pay more and more attention to theall-round development of people, including the independent learning ability, communicationand cooperation ability, creative thinking ability, etc., its core is to the cultivation of man’ssubjectivity. Primary school in our country traditional classroom teaching only pay attentionto the results of the study, attaches great importance to make students master solid academicknowledge, and for students’ emotion, attitude and learning rarely pay attention to the processof children learned earnest and hard, but "learning" is not a happy thing for children, thechildren found freedom and independent exploration of nature to a great extent, beensuppressed, showed "mathematics is to do more questions", this "workbook" has become thebasic characteristics of mathematics learning. Students’ number sense in real life is not strong,ability to apply the mathematics knowledge to solve practical problems in life are weak.Mathematics teaching under the background of new curriculum, will pay attention to theresults of the study to focus on the process of learning, emphasizes the students’ participationin the learning process, the basic concept of participatory teaching based on students as thecenter, activity as the carrier, in the classroom through equal participation and interactionbetween teachers and students to acquire knowledge. Participatory learning on students’emotions, attitudes and values, etc, have great promoting effect, is an important way to learnto adapt to the current teaching reform. And participatory learning to a large extent can exertstudents’ exploration and found that the nature of freedom, so as to promote the developmentof students’ overall health of body and mind. How to effectively develop participatoryteaching in the teaching, become an urgent problem of our many first-line teachers.In order to better develop participatory teaching in the elementary school mathematicsclassroom teaching, and explores a set of effective concrete participatory teaching strategy,the author through the study of a large number of literature study, learn the history of theparticipatory teaching present situation, characteristics and relevant theoretical support ofparticipatory teaching. And through participatory teaching in own teaching practice, throughone year’s teaching practice, constantly have to try, analysis, reflection and finishing, the finalsummary and share in the teaching practice and summed up a set of implementation of participatory classroom teaching for primary school mathematics in the concreteimplementation strategy. Hope this research for the application of the participatory teaching inthe elementary school mathematics classroom plays a role of reference and push. This paperroughly divided into the following five parts: first, the exordium, including the problems putforward, the research significance, the research of innovative, literature review and researchmethods. Second, the participatory teaching related concepts and their relationships, includingthe connotation of the participatory teaching, the relationship between participatory teachingand related concept, the characteristics of the participatory teaching activities andimplementation of participatory teaching principles should be followed. Three, the basictheory of participatory teaching. Four, participatory teaching "strategy" the practice ofresearch, the implementation of the participatory teaching strategies are:1, introduction-inspire the enthusiasm of participation.2, the teachers and students to learn--try toparticipate in exploring learning.3, a variety of forms knowledge internalization, classparticipation.4, mathematics application, consolidate cooperation in knowledge.5,knowledge integration, guides the student extracurricular involvement. Five, conclusion andreflection, including research conclusion and reflection of the problems in the researchprocess.
