The new curriculum reform has been carried out for more than ten years, has made great achievements, but in many rural primary school curriculum reform effect is not obvious, many teachers still according to the exam oriented education in the teaching, and seriously affect the quality of rural primary school education improves, thus affecting the overall quality of Education and improving our country population quality.Based on the existing research on rural primary school new curriculum reform on the basis of a systematic study, to a town of Dengzhou City, Henan province rural primary school new curriculum implementation situation investigation by questionnaire survey method, interview method, action research method, analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the existing problems, and puts forward the the corresponding countermeasure, for the authorities to promote the new curriculum reform to provide reference.This paper consists of five partsThe first chapter introduces the research presents the background, and makes a literature review on rural primary school new curriculum reform; the purpose and significance of the research and the research methods used in this study.The second chapter summarizes the new curriculum implementation of a rural primary school in Dengzhou City, including the curriculum plan implementation, the principal and the new curriculum reform, the teachers’ awareness of the new course reform, the methods of teaching and learning, teaching evaluation system, the change of rural primary school funding conditions etc.The third chapter of a rural primary school curriculum reform carried out in-depth research. From the teaching of historical development, status, curriculum reform situation, problems and reasons analysis and so on several aspects to describe.The fourth chapter probes into the deep reasons of rural primary school new curriculum reform problems, including several curriculum itself, education management system, education investment.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates the policy on the basis of reason analysis, including appropriate reform of curriculum content, enlarges to the rural primary school’s investment, the selection of outstanding educators as a rural primary school principals, the reform of rural primary school management system, improve the rural primary school teachers working conditions, increase rural primary school teacher training and the etc..
