Tutorial system is a kind of give students equipped with a mentor, and by the teacher to student’s learning, moral character and life etc, individual guidance and personnel training system。It is an important form of student cultivation and management, is to develop an effective way of personalized, innovative elite talents and mechanism, also has become a student management system of auxiliary congenital advantage. Therefore, this guide system has a very broad market prospect, by domestic and foreign colleges and universities. Along with the popularization of higher education in our country to push deeper, credit system has not meet the needs of elite education, some domestic colleges and universities according to their own school, draw lessons from and study abroad the development trend of higher education, to explore a new talents training and the management pattern, among them, the introduction of Oxford University undergraduate tutorial system is the exploration of the positive signal.
