With the deepening of educational reform, more attention has been paid by school administrators on school culture and it has become an important issue in the development of the school.Ecological idea has universal suitability which can extend from natural ecology to human ecology and can be applied to the research of school culture.The ecosystem of school culture about Tibetan Classes(Schools) in the Hinterland can be divided into ecological body and ecological environment in which administrators,teachers,students,etc are the ecological body that corresponds to management culture, teacher culture and student culture, etc.The ecological environment of school culture about Tibetan Classes(Schools) in the Hinterland can be divided into extramural ecological environment and intramural ecological environment. School’s physical environment, spiritual environment, institutional environment and behavioral environment are included in school’s intramural ecological environment, forming the school’s material culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture and behavioral culture.Good ecological environment of school culture can stimulate and nourish the mind of teachers and students, help to play the positive function of education, promote the development of people.However, bad ecological environment of school culture can suppress the free growing of people’s potential, deviate from the essence of education, and lead to bad educational consequences.The present study takes the J. Tibetan middle school as a case by combining literature review which provides rich document literature and on-the-spot investigation which gives first hand information through observation method and interview method. The survey and analysis reveals that some problems exist in the cultural construction of Tibetan Classes (Schools) in the Hinterland. For instance, there is low fit between the schools’culture and their particular individuality; Students have poor degree of internalization towards school culture; Problems exist between teachers and schools under the background of multiculture. The integrity of the schools’ cultural construction is not paid enough attention. Based on the related literature, theories and the reflect from the on-the-spot investigation, the author suggests that the cultural construction of Tibetan Classes (Schools) in the Hinterland should take the administrators as the main body and make teachers and students play their subjective initiative and sense of ownership. Also, the administrators should take the specificity of Tibetan Classes (Schools) in the Hinterland into consideration by constructing the school culture with individuality of the school; The integrity and harmony should also be emphasized in the school cultural construction; To improve students’ conscientious sense of internalizing school culture; It should be realized that the relationship between teachers and students is one of the interpersonal relationship which serves as a link to facilitate the understanding between teachers and students in order to form harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
