This study is based on Berry's framework for explaining acculturation.By means of qualitative research and objective sampling,13 Tibetan high school students from four high schools in Chengdu area were interviewed in semi-structured depth for several times.Through the coding and analysis of the interview contents,this paper discusses the acculturation difficulties of Tibetan high school students in choosing schools in different places in the hinterland china,the reasons and influencing factors behind them and the countermeasures to solve them.The main content of the paper can be divided into the following five parts.Part I;Introduction.This part mainly includes the origin,significance and purpose of the research.Part ii;Literature review section.The researcher reviewed and discussed the existing studies by means of literature research.Part iii;In the part of research design,the researcher discusses in detail the research methods adopted in this research as well as the research ideas and steps.The fourth part is the research results.This part summarizes the specific problems of Tibetan students' acculturation in the hinterland and analyzes the causes behind.The fifth part is reflection and suggestion.Based on the position of "the multi-integration of the Chinese nation" put forward by Mr.Fei xiaotong,the author reflects on how to solve the problem of the acculturation of Tibetan students in different places in the hinterland by combining with relevant educational theories,and puts forward specific Suggestions.Through the investigation and analysis,this study concluded that the acculturation difficulty of Tibetan middle school students choosing schools in different places in the hinterland China mainly include dlife adaptation difficulties,language adaptation difficulties,interpersonal adaptation diffculties,psychological adjustment problems,social culture and the school system adaptation difficult,difficult to several aspects of identity and cultural identity: in terms of factors that affect hinterland Tibetan high school students to adapt to,this research mainly summarized as the following four,the first,the influence of the family;Second,the impact of social support;Third,the influence of individual personality traits;Fourth,the impact of acculturation strategies.The acculturation strategies of Tibetan middleschool students in the hinterland mainly include integration,assimilation and separation,and take integration and assimilation as the main and separation as the auxiliary,presenting dynamic and contradictory development characteristics.Based on the position of "the multi-integration of the Chinese nation" put forward by Mr.Fei xiaotong,the author discusses the role that education should play in the acculturation of minority students in choosing schools in different places in the hinterland,and gives some specific Suggestions,including the following: The educational policy making concept based on the national concept of "the pattern of the Chinese nation in diversity and unity".Second: pay attention to "people-oriented" and cultivate teachers' multi-cultural quality.The third;Improve the cultural service capacity of hinterland schools to meet the cultural development needs of students.The fourth;Pay attention to the improvement of students' social and emotional ability.The fifth.Pay attention to the dialogue of education,the joint efforts of many forces.
