Human is a cultural animal, whose creation and development the diversity of culture, and different nationalities have different cultures. When people from a cultural field into another, for the effect of national culture, they will show all kinds of inadaptation, however culture has the acquisition and people have plasticity. People in different culture into the field, the different culture or new culture adaptively process called the Cultural Adaptation. The Tibetan Classes (Schools) in the Hinterland are the state aid to education development in Tibet, making full use of high quality education resources of the mainland, provinces and cities in the mainland of the most developed cities established classes or schools. It is a running way of the high school students recruit specialized Tibetan area. The mainland class (school) students are the main bodies of the cultural adaptation. When they far from their youth to study other culture, will meet or face what adapt to aspects of the problem and how to promote their healthy growth better, what is to be concern.According to the current academic circles to cultural adaptation problem, the Tibetan Classes (Schools)in the Hinterland students are divided into the cultural adaptation of the psychological and social cultural adaptation to study, psychology adapt mainly refers to the cultural exchanges in mental health and life satisfaction. The adapt to the social culture refers to adapt to the local social cultural environment ability, such as natural environment, daily life adaptation, language adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, learning adaptation, psychological, etc. This article using literature analysis, interview and questionnaire, Tibetan middle school in Chengdu, deals from the student population level and the individual level two aspects the Tibetan Classes (Schools)in the Hinterland in analysis (school) students study the mainland existing in the cultural adaptation of the problem, and the Tibetan Classes (Schools)in the Hinterland students in that culture to adapt to different aspects of the problem, the adjustment condition significant difference among different gender differences of students to adapt the situation was not obvious, different grade students face different adaptation problems have obvious difference.The research takes multicultural education theory, the cultural adaptation theory, cultural symbiosis theory as the theoretical basis, according to the factors to influence the students, in order to do well in the Tibetan Classes (Schools)in the Hinterland, promoting the inland Tibetan classes (school) of the students’ healthy development, and putting forward by a culture nurtures the country should be thought of running schools and not only make the Tibetan Classes (Schools)in the Hinterland students enjoy high quality education resources of the mainland, more should provide suitable for their education environment, education department should strengthen education policy guidance reasonable, mainland Tibetan schools provide a cultural adaption and education. The mainland Tibetan middle school students to strengthen his consciousness of culture training, not only this ethnic culture have full understanding and the understanding, but more to the new culture in the field of culture have enough knowledge. In order to provide valuable reference, I improve the culture in the inland Tibetan school students ability to adapt.
