Zhangjiakou locates in the northwest of Hebei Province at the junction of Shanxi andInner Mongolia. Its natural climate is abominable. The culture of Zhangjiakou has a longhistory. The time of the reform and opening is late. Its economic development is laggingbehind in the province ranked.The above series reasons causes a relatively stagnant level ofeducation of Zhangjiakou region. It has a strong representative of the Midwest in our country.The physical education in the five colleges of Zhang jiakou has three problems such aslacking of teachers, there being not enough course to meet the students’ needs and students’lacking of interests about physical education Curriculum.These problems exist commonly ineconomically undeveloped area. Our education needs more in-depth reform and developmentin the new century in order to meet the requirements of the times curriculum reform of highereducation. We needs to explore the curriculum model in the context of education reform.Based on this, development of college PE school-based curriculum construction needs tointroduce new educational concept to conform to the trend of education reform, providingreference for PE teachers in colleges and universities in the construction and implementationaspects of PE School-based curriculum to promote the new curriculum reform of collegesports career.This paper aims to make use of a variety of researching methods, such asliterature, interviews, questionnaires, etc. Integrating interdisciplinary knowledge system, toexplore the status of the construction and implementation of college sports-based curriculumin Zhangjiakou City from six areas: the overall situation of College PE CurriculumDevelopment,the overall situation of College PE Curriculum Organization, the overallsituation of personnel status in college sports-based curriculum Development Organization,the overall situation of School environment about college sports-based curriculum, currentsituation of curriculum development Program, Status of implementation of school-basedcurriculum development, status of the evaluation of school-based curriculum development.Exploring and discovering the problems of the process of curriculum construction andimplementation on the basis of the analysis of the current situation, summed up theexperience of school-based curriculum that have been already setted. By studying, in thisthesis, we propos a system of countermeasures program about the current problems aboutCollege PE Curriculum in Zhangjiakou City: Firstly, design basic programming about CollegePE Curriculum building program, Strengthen school-based curriculum-based pre-constructionsurvey, based on the purpose of education to establish special courses target. Adjust theproportion of the various elements of Sports science courses; secondly, strengtheningorganizational leadership, seek recognition and support from leadership actively, give fullplay to the initiative of teachers and students, thirddly, unearth curriculum resources deeply,improve the content of PE School-based curriculum, PE teachers are based curriculumbuilding human resources,.Geographical environment is a natural resource for PESchool-based curriculum construction. Fourthly, establish and improve the evaluationmechanism, promote the development of PE School-based curriculum, evaluate sports-basedcurriculum Multi-angle, and all-round, he School Curriculum evaluation system shouldincludes teachers and students.Through the overall research process of College PE School-based Curriculum,we can draw the following conclusions. Firstly, construction of the core values of collegesports-based curriculum is to promote quality education, the real value is to Improve theoverall quality of teachers and students.Long-term value is to reform and promate PESchool-based curriculum. Secondly, the System of PE School-based curriculum haveblankness, so we have huge space for development, the schools which attempts to develop PESchool-based curriculum only have upper scheme, but have problems in implement. Thirdly,in the development process teachers develop PE School-based curriculum themselves, butthey Lack of research capacity and formal training. Fourthly, school sports coursesspecification needs to be improved. The system course Selection, course Description Courseand evaluation system are not fully developed.
