Based on theabove aspects, our state formulates various relevant policies in order to solve theemployment problem gradually.The city of zhangjiakou is a third-tier city in Hebei province,and its economy isrelatively underdeveloped, with a low gross national product (GNP), high incidence ofunemployment, and people thinking backward about employment, etc. For the region, theemployment of college students is a more difficult problem and just around the corner tobe solved. This article introduces the geographical location of zhangjiakou, the level ofsocial and economic development and urbanization development. It also show thegraduate employment mechanism and employment situation of college students in recentyears, the deviation of existing employment structural. The contradiction between thenumber of graduates and the demand of jobs analyzed at the same time. We search for thereason by studying the unique characteristic and universality of employment. The presentsituation and data indicate that many reasons affecting the employment of college students,reflecting on the economy and education and the students themselves. With thedevelopment of social economy, market economy macroeconomic regulation has anegative effect on employment.The subjects offered by campus and the train mode are not adapt to economic andsocial necessity. There’s no corresponding legal mechanism to guarantee the employmentof college students, the lack of a proper employment pathway, blind expansion of collegeeducation scale, the school construction can’t adapt to the expansion of the construction of hardware and speed; Education means lack of professional guidance, etc.; In terms ofstudents themselves, some families treat university as a platform, make their children topursue high position and high salary, etc., discrimination the laborers, they hope theirchildren to be white-collar workers; Many graduates have poorer comprehensive quality,lack of self-knowledge, and they have incorrect career planning, etc. By analyzing thefactors affecting the employment of university students, we find a solution to the problemof difficulty employment. Government should make corresponding policies to help college studentsbetter and faster in employment. The school also need to adapt to the demand of society inorder to help students get a better employment.
