China's long-established course is highly centralized management system, that is, centralized power system "National Curriculum", also known as the "National Unification Program." It is the top-down by the central government responsible for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of courses. Firstly, the National Curriculum is mandatory, and the promotion process, revealed that many out of touch. The first, the National Curriculum and the local education needs the gap between; secondly, the National Curriculum and schools the gap between conditions; thirdly, the National Curriculum and the gap between school teachers; fourthly, the National Curriculum development and the gap between subjects. Theoretically, the national curriculum should be timely reflection of different disciplines of the latest developments of the progress of the students felt pulse. However, the National Curriculum development cycle and revised cycle interval longer, materials and ageing old knowledge as a result of the education and chronic diseases. In many conflicts in the school curriculum came out, as the third level, the more flexibility in a certain extent, make up for the national curriculum at the local implementation of a number of deficiencies.This article to a university student movement in the orientation for the study, teaching experiments, the school sports at the University of a course of the school sports as well as the feasibility curriculum development to address a university sports education at this stage there are a number of the role of research.In this study the use of literature, expert interviews and demonstration, practice demonstration, mathematical statistics, logic, analysis, and teaching experiments and other methods for "high school curriculum to carry out the feasibility of directional movement," the design and practice come to the following results:Firstly, Through a semester of teaching tests, the experimental group physical (vital capacity, 60M, 800M, standing long jump,), and sports learning outcomes assessment (learning attitudes, learning styles, cooperative spirit, emotional expression), etc. Results are better than the control group a certain extent, improved the physical quality of teaching.Secondly, Physical development of school-based curriculum better to solve this stage of the process of college physical education equipment which inadequate facilities, teaching quality not high. Thirdly, Experiments proved that colleges and universities based on its own beautiful natural resources, abundant resources for teachers, to develop targeted campaigns for the content of sports-based curriculum is feasible.
