In order to meet the needs of numerical control technology application talents from market development, many secondary vocational schools open the numerical control technology application specialized, which has been started as a key major to cultivate and develop. However, influenced by the traditional teaching model and teaching facilities, the school haven’t gave too much contributions about this major development. The result is that students cann’t meet the requirements of the enterprises and society after their graduation due to the unreasonable course design. Now, more and more vocational schools start to face this problem, and begin to reform the course construction and teaching content. The school begin to focus on students’vocational skills training according to the requirements of numerical control technology talents in society, built the work integrated curriculum based on the cooperation between school and enterprise, carry out the development of numerical control courses. And this paper, based on the reasons above, aims to research into the development of work integrated curriculum of CNC major in secondary vocational school.Firstly, this paper takes the analysis of the characteristics of the numerical control technology application specialized in secondary vocational schools as the prerequisite, and analyzes something like talented person training target, specification, professional post, talent characteristics. Then it comes out that it is necessary to construct integration of work-integrated learning courses. Secondly, in this paper, it analyzes the status and questions of the setting of the numerical control technology application specialized in secondary vocational schools, and finds that there are many problems such as the deviating teaching idea, backward teaching conditions, teaching material selection, insufficient teacher team construction. In view of this, this article puts forward the countermeasures which are to actively develop numerical control technology application specialized technology combined with the integration of curriculum development and implementation of activities. On the one hand, the secondary vocational schools should clearly know the objectives and the guiding ideology of the integration of work-integrated learning course, select and organize course content; On the other hand, for the implementation of the integration of work-integrated learning course, it should focus on analysis of present situation and developing trend of professional obtain employment ability to analyze a clear position requirements, and the typical tasks are involved in the analysis, the study pays special attention to the curriculum system, learning situation design, curriculum implementation evaluation, etc. Finally, in order to ensure that the numerical control technology application integration of professional work-integrated learning course can be smoothly carried out, schools should also do a good job in construction of teaching material, construction of teachers team construction, teaching environment, teaching monitoring and evaluation, etc.
