| In the 21 st century,China’s education informatization has also entered a period of rapid development.The infrastructure of education informatization has also been initially improved and has formed a certain scale.In 2014,China promulgated the "Standards for the Application of Information Technology Skills for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)",which proposes the five dimensions of information technology literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,and learning and development to teachers’ information technology application capabilities.New requirements.Promoting education modernization through educational informationization is a development strategy for China’s education.Education informatization includes the construction and application of infrastructure,the construction and application of digital resources,the upgrading of teachers’ informatization capabilities,and the development of educational industries.Among them,the improvement of teachers’ informatization capability is an important guarantee for the implementation of education informatization.The development of educational informatization poses a severe challenge to the teachers’ ability in information technology application in primary and secondary schools in China.To better cultivate the talents for all-round development of morality,intelligence,beauty,and physical education,traditional teaching methods have hindered students’ all-round development to a great extent.In order to cater for the upsurge of informationization,the development of informationization training for teachers has become an important way to change the traditional teaching methods.The traditional teacher training mostly uses the expert teaching method based on knowledge transfer,although it can enable the teachers to participate in training in a short period of time.The system fully grasps the theoretical knowledge,but there are shortcomings such as a single training method,training content theory from practice,poor training results,and training in the form.With the implementation of education informatization,"Internet + education" has entered people’s field of vision and triggered a new wave of educational reform.Thispaper will use the “Internet & Education” perspective as an emerging education and rely on the “National Training Project” training program to explore new forms of teacher informationization training.The purpose of the research is: to improve the training methods for teachers in primary and secondary schools.Resources are more difficult to obtain,theory and practice are separated,and training efficiency is not high.Use "Internet +" environment to achieve the combination of online and offline,formulate a practical training program for information technology application ability in the emergence stage and the region.After the evaluation of the effectiveness of the program to make appropriate improvements,and ultimately the formation of a universal training model,in order to enhance the level of teachers to contribute to the application of information. |
