| Education informatization is an important part of national informatization,promoting the national economic and social informatization vigorously is a strategicmeasure for covering the global modernization. Promoting the educationmodernization with the help of education informationization and striving to realize thedevelopment of elementary education informatization, are the severe challenges thenew era is facing.Our country region is broad, the economy and education development areunbalanced, that the elementary education informatization is not same in differentplaces, even differ in thousands ways. Therefore, we must adhere to adjust measuresto local conditions, use a variety of forms, classify, guidance, partition in the processof promoting elementary education informatization.This article selected some primary and middle schools in Yibin City as theresearch object, analysed the situation in Yibin City elementary educationinformatization construction and application from four aspects of the construction ofinfrastructure and education resources, application, talents, and found out theproblems in the development of the process of Yibin City elementary educationinformatization development. Firstly, the construction of infrastructure needed to beimproved. Secondly, Information technology course is not cared and valued verymuch, the teaching mode is single. Thirdly, the resources in the School-basedrepository is lacked, the quality of the resource remained to be improved. Fourthly,we should strengthen awareness of the integration of information technology andcurriculum, and training tends to be more formal, no pertinence. The correspondingpropulsion strategies were put forward based on these problems, providing feasiblestrategies for the development of elementary education informatization in the region,so as to improve the situation of basic education informatization in Yibin City,promoting elementary education informatization in the region developing stably andsustainably.This paper consists of five parts:The first part systematically elaborated the background, research purpose and significance of this study, research, design, etc.The second part is the summary of elementary education informatization, the partof the theory of elementary education informatization, expounded the profoundconnotation of elementary education informatization, and summarized the researchstatus at home and abroad.The third part analysed the present situation of the elementary educationinformatization in Yibin City and on this basis to found out the problems andrestricting factors in the development of elementary education informatization inYibin City.The fourth part, propulsion strategies were put forward according to currentsituation of elementary education informatization in Yibin City.The fifth part is conclusion and prospects, making a brief summary for the articleand pointing out the improvement of this study, in order to carry out the follow-upstudy better. |
