With the advent of the "Internet+" era,China has paid full attention to the educational informatization construction.In the "Outline of National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Planning(2010-2020)" educational informatization has been upgraded to a national strategy.The educational informatization is supporting the educational system to step forward to a higher form.At the same time,how to effectively improve teachers 'informatization teaching ability,to achieve a deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,and to promote the cultivation of high-quality,innovative talents,has become the focus of teacher education,and training is one of the effective ways to improve teachers'informatization teaching ability.Through the analysis of relevant literature,the current teachers' informatization teaching ability training has the problems of prominent teachers' contradiction in work and study,teachers in a passive acceptance position,teachers' initiative and enthusiasm are not high,the content of the training is out of step with the actual needs of teachers.With the popularization of mobile devices and the rapid development of mobile networks,"everyone can learn,everywhere can learn,can learn from time to time" has become the normal state of mobile learning in the modelrn information technology environment.Mobile micro-learning,as a form of mobile learning,is more and more recognized by learners because it has no time and geographical limitations,has clear goals,and refined content.To this end,in order to effectively improve the teacher's informatization teaching ability,make full use of the advantages of modelrn information technology,and build a teachers' informatization teaching ability training model based on mobile micro-learning under the "Internet+"background,thereby solving the teacher's informatization teaching ability training problems.The research content of this thesis mainly includes:(1)Construct a training model for teachers' informatization teaching ability based on mobile micro-learning.Based on reference to relevant models,give full play to the advantages of mobile micro-learning,based on constructivist learning theory,adult learning theory,cognitive load theory,and self-directed learning theory,combined with the characteristics of the development of teachers' informatization teaching ability,This paper proposes a training model of teacher informatization teaching ability(TITABM)based on mobile micro-learning.This model mainly includes five major links:pre-analysis,training design,training implementation,training evaluation,and follow-up training support.(2)Conduct empirical research based on the TITABM training model.The research adopts a case-based research method,and selects some teachers who participated in the "mobile micro-learning" training project as cases.By investigating the needs of participating teachers,it is determined to use "Micro-class Design and Production" as the content framework to design and develop the applicable Curriculum cases,training activities based on the WeChat public platform as a technical support,and by promoting learning resources to participating teachers,participating teachers can form an "autonomous learning-problem accumulation-exchange discussionself-reflection" in the practice of learning activities.The training activity circle finally helps the participating teachers complete the learning tasks and achieve the purpose of improving teachers' informatization teaching ability.(3)In order to verify the effectiveness of the training model,the study combines quantitative and qualitative evaluation,and analyzes the overall perception,knowledge mastery,ability development,and learning interest of participating teachers.The research results show that 90%of the participating teachers agree with the TITABM training model and hope to continue to use this model to carry out diverse training content.In addition,both in terms of knowledge mastery,ability development,and learning interest have a positive effect on the improvement of teachers' informatization teaching ability.It not only enriches the teacher training model,but also gives full play to the teacher's subjective status,solves the contradiction between teachers and engineering,and achieves personalized training needs.At the same time,it puts forward practical suggestions for the optimization of the model in terms of training content design,training support service design,and event implementation,and forms a blueprint for the general promotion and application of the model.
