The construction of teaching resources have been is the focus of attention, howto design a more complete, more rich, the higher quality of teaching resources is thestudents and teachers are looking forward to. And in all the construction of teachingresources, teaching video resources for its outstanding advantages to occupy theimportant position. For now contact the video teaching resources, apart from someonline courses and video of the course teaching, there are some odd to animation inthe form of video teaching resources, the resources far cannot satisfy the needs ofmodern students. With the advent of the era of information "miniaturization", thestudy of the micro video has become the hot spot of attention, based on some of theadvantages of the video, you can see it with the education teaching has good suit apoint. From the perspective of teaching design only from the perspective of students,the maximum digging the potential of students to learn, from many angles, manystimulate students’ learning motivation, is the root of education. In the process,analysis of the changes of students in learning knowledge, but also is to have goals, tolead with emphasis, just can have motivation, motivated can have innovation, with thereform and progress in education. So this article is based on learning motivationtheory to the design and development of micro video teaching resources is verymeaning and value.This paper studies mainly worked as an intern in mobile Internet of thingsinstitute of Hebei Normal University, Firstly, micro video from the current researchstatus of made a comprehensive and detailed information access and analysis.Secondly, combined with the related theory research, mainly based on learningmotivation theory and constructivist learning theory to elaborate and analyses. Fromthe relationship in the design of micro video to all aspects of the theory with the depthof fusion. In order to design more in line with the demand of micro video teachingresources to lay a solid foundation. Finally, on the design of the micro video teachingresources comprehensive analysis and research, to conduct a detailed analysis and process design. Then, on the basis of the design and development of the case, inseventh grade English phrase "studying for the test" as an example, to carry on thedevelopment of the case. And to develop a unit of ten video as experimental object,applied in the experimental research was conducted on the teaching practice, on thebasis of experimental study have done a lot of data analysis and summary, microvideo application in the teaching to find out the existing problems and reasons, andputs forward the corresponding countermeasures and ways to improve. For the futuredevelopment of micro video teaching resources provides the ideas and methods forreference.This paper mainly adopts literature research, questionnaire, interview method,practice method and case study method. Through consulting a large number ofdocuments in order to understand the current situation of micro video and videoteaching resources, micro video analysis and comparison of the advantages ofteaching resources and the development of purpose and meaning. Adopt the method ofquestionnaire investigation has carried on the preliminary investigation and interviewmethod to understand the current teaching video application in the actual teachingsituation and prospects. Through the actual case study design in practice, and based onthe practical research on the case analysis, selection of experimental school andexperimental class, through the use of the development of micro video teachingresources for teaching practice, and collect feedback information, understand themicro video teaching resources of the teaching effect. Hope that through scientificresearch and practice, do their best to micro video teaching resources constructioncontributes an own strength.
