So this article is based on learning motivationtheory to the design and development of micro video teaching resources is verymeaning and value.This paper studies mainly worked as an intern in mobile Internet of thingsinstitute of Hebei Normal University, Firstly, micro video from the current researchstatus of made a comprehensive and detailed information access and analysis.Secondly, combined with the related theory research, mainly based on learningmotivation theory and constructivist learning theory to elaborate and analyses. Fromthe relationship in the design of micro video to all aspects of the theory with the depthof fusion. In order to design more in line with the demand of micro video teachingresources to lay a solid foundation. Finally, on the design of the micro video teachingresources comprehensive analysis and research, to conduct a detailed analysis and process design. Then, on the basis of the design and development of the case, inseventh grade English phrase "studying for the test" as an example, to carry on thedevelopment of the case.
