Sports and health course is a course by means of physical exercises, treating study sportsand fitness knowledge、skills and methods as the main content, regarding promote studenthealth, cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness and ability as the main target. Sports andhealth curriculum is divided into four learning goals: sports participation, sports skills,physical health, mental health and social adaptation, these goals set up the guiding ideology ofmodern sports teaching.But with the reform of the PE and health course content and structure some problemsemerged subsequently, in recent years, middle school students’ physical fitness is graduallydeclining in different degrees, the students’ psychological health problems are accompanying.In the face of such problems, the school sports education also carried out a variety of sportsand health courses, but the significant influence effect of each project has on middle schoolstudents’ physical education curriculum is ambiguous. Based on this, this article analyzes theinfluence of learning aerobics course on physical health、sports participation、sports skills andmental health for the junior middle school students in grade one.This article randomly selected four classes of students (male110, female114, total224)from the30first grade class of Shijiazhuang43middle school as experimental object, usingfive kinds of research methods: the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expertinterview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics to study the effect ofaerobics course on the students of junior middle school in grade one.By studying, concluded the following conclusions:The first, aerobics courses learning has a bigger influence on the students of juniormiddle school in grade one, which lies in four aspects:physical health、sports participation、sports skills and mental health.The second, the aerobics course learning has a bigger influence on physical health for thestudents of junior middle school in grade one, which mainly reflected in seven aspects ofquality:the upper arm sebum thickness、vital capacity、three minutes of the steps、sensitive、speed、strength and endurance. The third, aerobics course learning can improve the ability for junior middle schoolstudents in grade one mastering the movement technology.The fourth, the aerobics course learning has a bigger influence on sports participation forjunior middle school students in grade one, which mainly reflected in two aspects: sensationof movement and interest in aerobics courses.The fifth, the aerobics course learning has a bigger influence on mental health for thejunior middle school students in grade one, which mainly reflected in regulating theiremotions、cooperation consciousness and good sportsmanship, etc.Advice:The first, in the teaching of aerobics course, we must follow the schedule of aerobicsteaching design scheme in teaching aerobics course to ensure the results be more objective.The second, aerobics curriculum is good for physical health of the junior middle schoolstudents in grade one, but for promoting effect of the body shape has no obvious change.Therefore, each item of physical education curriculum for students to promote health is noteverything, so, when physical education teachers is in physical education curriculum teaching,they should understand what aspects of this course for students’ health promoting effect aregood, what aspects of promoting effect are poorer, and on this basis to modify andsupplement the course in order to better promote students’ physical health.The third, in aerobics teaching, the stand or fall of students sensitive degree、masterdegree on sports skills is reflected through the results that students after the complete set oftechnical appraisal, in the process of evaluation, teaching should based on the principle ofjust、fair to evaluating students, which requires the teachers’ own higher literacy, therefore,physical education teachers should "recharge" continuous in order to make themselvesbecome more "rich".The fourth, aerobics classes has a good effect on sports participation for the juniormiddle school student in grade one, but to improve the students’ sports participation that needscultivate the habit of students consciously insist to take exercise, teachers should blend in theidea of insisting to take exercise into the aerobics course and let students realize theimportance of physical education curriculum for their health. The fifth, aerobics teaching should pay more attention and strengthen the planarrangement of the student movement load, to strengthen the cultivation of character for thejunior middle school students in grade one to overcome the self body difficult. Besides inaerobics teaching process there will be some unavoidable accidents or emergency. Therefore,aerobics teachers should constantly strengthen self learning and self reflection, constantlyenrich their professional theory knowledge and update the concept.
