Functional training is a new physical training method originated in the field of rehabilitation.Functional training is to improve the overall sports ability and performance,and to prevent and reduce sports injury through training.Training to stimulate the development potential of specific action patterns in sports.Functional training has been applied to many sports in domestic and foreign studies,and in these studies,researchers have affirmed the positive role of functional training.In this study,functional training is introduced into the physical training of aerobics classes in colleges and universities,and explores whether functional training has a positive impact on the quality of difficult movement completion of competitive aerobics,and provides a reference for the practice of competitive aerobics training.Using literature method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,taking 14 students of aerobics special class of Shanghai Institute of physical Education as the experimental object,the experimental object was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group was 7 people.The experimental group underwent 12 weeks of functional training and the control group12 weeks of traditional physical training.The quality of the difficulty action of the experimental object was tested before and after the experiment,the data of the experimental group and the control group were sorted out by WPS,and the data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed by Spss22.0.The two groups of data were tested by independent sample T,and the paired sample T test was used to test the difference of the data.The results are as follows:(1)There was a significant difference in the quality of the difficulty movement of push-ups and single-legged push-ups in the A group after 12 weeks of functional training intervention(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the completion quality of push-ups and single-legged push-ups in the control group A after 12 weeks of traditional physical training intervention(P>0.05).(2)There was significant difference in the completion quality of right angle support and leg split support difficulty in B groups of experimental group(P<0.05)after 12 weeks of functional training intervention.There was no significant difference in the quality of right angle support and leg support difficulty in the control group after 12 weeks of traditional physical training intervention(P>0.05).(3)There was significant difference in the completion quality of the C group of the experimental group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference physical training intervention,there was no significant difference in the quality of straight body jump360 and flexion leg difficulty in the control group C group(P>0.05).(4)There was a significant difference in the quality of completion of the 360-diffic after 12 weeks of functional training intervention(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the quality of vertical split leg and single foot vertical rotation 360 difficulty in the control group after 12 weeks of traditional physical training intervention(P>0.05).The findings are as follows:(1)Functional training can improve the dynamic force needed for A group of difficult movements,and has a significant effect on improving the shoulder support strength and core strength of the students in the aerobics class.(2)Functional training can improve the dynamic force needed for B group of difficult movements,and has a significant effect on improving the upper limb static force and abdominal and back strength of the students in the aerobics class.(3)Functional training has a significant effect on the improvement of lower extremity explosive force and core force needed to complete C group of difficult movements.(4)Functional training has a significant effect on the improvement of balance ability and flexibility needed to complete D group of difficult movements.
