The flexibility quality is particularly important for aerobics students.The better the flexibility quality,the smoother the students’ movements will be,the more coordinated they will be,and the higher the difficulty and the degree of completion of the movements will be,which is also conducive to reducing the damage caused in sports.PNF method is the use of physiological anti stretch reflexes,relax the muscles active when the isometric flexing muscles,the muscles will be affected by the outside world intense stimulation,the stimulation signal will be transmitted to the nervous system,nervous system and the information feedback to the muscle tissue,finally to effectively relax muscles,produce the stretch reflex.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze and study the influence of PNF method on the flexibility of shoulder joint,hip joint and body joint of aerobics special students.Through the method of PNF method aerobics special students the experimental research of flexible quality,about 40 aerobics special students 12 weeks of grouping experiments,including 20 students PNF method is used for training,20 students using the traditional drawing method training,after the experimental statistical data,to analyze its after different stretching training has different effect on whether their flexible ability,and to analyze what kind of training method can have the better effect in flexible ways,the purpose is to compare PNF method and the traditional drawing method for students to improve the quality of the flexible,the result is better,Combined with aerobics,the paper focuses on the influence of PNF method on the flexibility of aerobics students.The following conclusions are drawn:1.In the training process of aerobics flexibility,the traditional stretching method and PNF stretching method can improve the flexibility of the students’ shoulder joints,trunk and hip joints,but the PNF method has a more obvious effect.2.In the process of aerobics flexibility training,the PNF method can stimulate students’ interest in training,have a positive impact on students,and are more conducive to students’ participation and achieve better training effects.3.In the training process of aerobics flexibility,it is necessary to improve the flexibility of the shoulder joints,hip joints,and torso.Their quality can directly affect the completion,artistry and fluency of aerobics students’ movements.4.In the training process of aerobics flexibility,the PNF method can effectively reduce the ligament injury caused by the flexibility training of students.5.In the training process of aerobics flexibility,PNF method has a positive effect on the students to maintain good physical function and effective training effects.At the same time,it also promotes the students to better complete the complete set of aerobics exercises.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:1,the use of PNF method in aerobics flexibility training process,its effect is obviously better than the traditional stretching method,better to improve the flexibility of students,therefore,in the future training process,PNF method can be infiltrated into it,applied to all links,play its effect,in order to promote students to better training.2.According to the results of this study,PNF method has a significant effect on improving flexibility.After studying the characteristics of calisthenics,it can be combined with other quality training in the future daily training and coordinated development,so as to better play its role,improve students’ flexibility and improve students’ comprehensive performance.3.There are many factors that affect students’ flexibility training and other quality training.Choosing a more effective training method is more conducive to the improvement of students’ performance.Fully considering the differences between individuals,we should not only arrange training systematically and reasonably,but also maintain good continuity,so as to gradually improve students’ performance.4.Daily training methods should scientifically arrange the training content,means,methods and load factors of the whole training process according to the specific situation of students.Only in this way can we avoid the injury of muscles and ligaments caused by the rush to improve students’ performance,thus further affecting students’ performance.
