With the speeding up of globalization,the continuous impact of foreign culture, the folkart tend to be faded.Folk art as one of the important carriers of national culture inheritance,the application of art teaching in primary and middle school, whether it’s for the inheritance oftraditional culture, or to the training of aesthetic and art literacy of primary and middle schoolstudents is helpful.In this paper, based on the reality of current middle school fine arts teaching,the folk finearts teaching in the current middle school fine arts education is the teaching material of schooleducation.Therefore,this article tries to through the relationship between junior middle schoolfine arts teaching material and the content of folk art,the development of folk art in primaryand middle school fine arts teaching,the comparative research of art textbooks of junior highschool published by people’s education press and art textbooks of junior high schoolpublished by human arts press to reveal the inner writing rules and methods of folk fine artscontent in art textbook of junior high school.This article is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the basicconcept of folk art and art teaching materials, expounds the intrinsic relationships betweenfolk art and the junior middle school fine arts teaching material,briefly reviewing thedevelopment of folk art in primary and middle school fine arts teaching,and the domesticresearch status.Second chapter in the case of art textbooks of junior high school published bypeople’s education press and art textbooks of junior high school published by human artspress,comprehensively analyzes the types of folk art,system structure,presentation,etc.Thethird chapter points out the problems in the teaching contents of junior middle school fine artsteaching material of folk art,and the current situation of junior middle school folk artteaching,puts forward some suggestions,in order to promote the preparation of the juniormiddle school fine arts teaching material and the practice of folk art teaching.Finally,overview this research, summarizes the problems encountered in this study.
