The new round of curriculum reform has been in full swing in China’s basic education, ideological and political standards proposed new curriculum to enhance students’self, explore, ability to cooperate. As echoes of high school teaching methods of ideological and political course also be explored in order to adapt the teaching needs of the new era.Case Method field of education in the country is gradually developing. It conforms to the ideological and political basic idea of the new high school curriculum and curriculum objectives, students from the social reality of daily life is closely related to the way in building theory, educational theory supporting cognitive assimilation theory, the combination of the psychological characteristics of current high school students, cognitive level, through a variety of cases presented to stimulate students’interest in learning, develop students’ability to analyze and solve problems through in-depth case studies. Note that play the main role of students in the classroom learning throughout the course of the case teaching method to use to promote the harmonious interaction between teachers and students. So with distinct real, practical, autonomy and speculative case method if politics teaching in high school to get scientific use, for the improvement of the limitations of traditional teaching methods, and ensure the dominant position of students in the classroom, training high school students a variety of skills and improve ideological and political teaching and other aspects of teaching a certain value.In the current ideological and political course in high school, case teaching method to be utilized by many teachers, but teaching effectiveness should be further strengthened. Case-Teaching in high school in order to improve the ideological and political course in the use of paper was carried out a series of discussions. Article is divided into four parts; the first part of the introduction describes the main research status and theoretical basis of case method. The second part describes the specific case of the necessity and feasibility of classroom teaching in high school political implementation. The third part, the author’s own educational practice, describes the current status of implementation of high school political case method and analyzes its causes. The last part, the author discusses the specific strategies be implemented in the case teaching method, in this section, the author emphasizes the status of the student body also highlighted the important role of teachers in the effective implementation of the case teaching method in the process.
