Computer, multimedia and network technology have already been applied in teaching, and learning resources have evolved into rich digital ones in which a variety of media is as the carrier from traditional single paper media. The promotion of education informationized processes make rich digital learning resources not only integrated into learning in class but also self-learning after class. How to organize a wealth of learning resources efficiently for learners to use has become a hot issue studied extensively in application field of modern education.This paper analyses and researches literatures about learning resources organization in the last decade by the method of documents index and we find that research in learning resources organizations approach is less in specific disciplines. Meanwhile we sum contradictions about learning resources organization existed in the process of educational information, contradiction between the individual needs of learning resources and specific research on learning resources organizational methods, non-personalized teaching caused by a wide range of class teaching, contradiction between limited classroom resources and extracurricular learning resources which are complex and disordered.For contradictions above, this paper takes theories of constructivist, humanism and emerging blended learning approach as breakthrough point and makes organizations meet education and learning law. And then this paper defines the concept of learning resources and classification and elaborates related principles of resource organizations and methods used in this study. The methods of resolving conflicts are determined by investigating organization needs of learning resources of primary English. The methods are as follows,1. Learning resource description model is established. From entrance of organization we associate digital learning resources with specific textbook knowledge which is in line with learners’cognitive habits and improves use efficiency of learning resources.2. Learning resources are aggregated with characteristics of learners. We establish a personalized aggregation model to enable learners to access learning resources which are suitable for their learning levels, learning styles and learning preferences soon.3. The service including teacher evaluation and learners circle is provided. We establish an SNS based on learning resources and it correlates learners and learning resources in order to share them as much as possible.4. A prototype system of primary English learning resources is built according to the organizational model. 5. Questionnaires and interviews methods in the educational research are used to survey learners and users. After collecting the results we analyze these data and conclude that the resources organization model proposed in this paper is in line with cognitive habits of English learners in primary school, follows learners’knowledge construction process and adapts new ideas of blended learning.
