| Under the background of the continuous integration and development of information technology and education and teaching,digital learning has become a learning method in today’s society.Educational informatization is a powerful means to promote the development of educational modernization.After decades of long-term investment,China’s educational informatization infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect.As one of the most key factors of digital learning,digital learning resources are also very rich.Under the guidance of digital technology,countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the construction of digital learning resources.Some countries have issued national education digital development strategies.The completion of a large number of digital learning resources has promoted the accelerated development of China’s educational reform and provided resource guarantee for solving the problem of high-quality and balanced education.Especially during the period of COVID-19’s popularity,digital learning resources played an important role in developing online teaching and realizing students’ "suspend classes and stop learning".However,with the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,offline teaching has basically returned to normal,the number of visits to resource platforms invested heavily by the state and local governments has dropped precipitously,and many high-quality digital learning resources are at risk of being abandoned.This is also the embarrassing situation faced by digital learning resources for a long time.The reconstruction of equipment and light management have resulted in the low utilization rate of digital learning resources and did not play its due benefits.How to improve the utilization of digital learning resources through scientific management and finally promote the high-quality development of education and teaching? It is with this problem that the author launched the research of this paper.This paper selects four middle schools in Guangxi as survey samples;Choose junior middle school English teachers as the research object;Based on the "category theory of educational management phenomenon" and Deming’s "cycle theory";Through Cnki platform and Eric platform,this paper searches the relevant research of digital learning resources at home and abroad,combs the research materials and makes a literature review;Through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,this paper investigates the current situation of digital learning resource management in four middle schools from the four dimensions of management concept,activity,system and mechanism.Analyzing the survey data,it is found that there are some problems in the management of digital learning resources in junior middle school: Teachers’ management consciousness is unscientific;The ability of independent development of school resources is insufficient;Lack of full-time management department;The initiative of teachers’ participation in management is not high;Low level of resource sharing.In view of these problems,the author puts forward targeted solutions: changing teachers’ concept of digital resources and cultivating correct concept of resource management;Strengthen the training of teachers’ information technology ability and establish a school-based digital learning resource R& D team;Enhance the headmaster’s informatization leadership and lead all staff to participate in the management of digital learning resources;Formulate effective incentive measures to improve teachers’ management will;Build a resource sharing mechanism with multiple participation to promote the full sharing of high-quality digital resources.It is hoped that this study can provide some useful references for schools with digital learning resource management problems. |
