Since the reform and opening up, Chinese experienced dramatic social changes in the past thirty years, people’s idea of the change. With the social transformation, value concept has also undergone a great change at the same time to meet the test of time. College students as a sensitive groups, extremely easy to be influenced by social value, as the first line of College Students’Ideological and political, should establish the correct values and goals to the contemporary college students, to realize their own value.In this paper, the resumption of college entrance examination to the Late eighty’s, ninety’s, at the beginning of twenty-first Century evolution as time clue value goal of college students are analyzed. This article throughthe questionnaire survey, value target of Xi’an Technological University from different professional college students in different grades, investigation, combined with the establishment and change the value goal of college students, looking from the social change, the impact of traditional culture and foreign culture infestation to individual development of students influence factors value goal related argument. From the contemporary ideological and political education of college students lack of penetration value goal of the Marx doctrine; strengthen ideological and political education, and guide university students to establish a scientific concept of life value; guide students to establish the value of life goal of science, the personal value and social value of unity; treatment of traditional culture and foreign culture with the right attitude, enhance and maintain culture four aspects perceived ability to demonstrate realistic reflection on college students value target.
