Including: the change of government function, therise and development of social organizations, social problemincreasingly prominent, the development of communityconstruction and service and so on. The fourth part to GuangzhouHP district government buy family comprehensive service centerproject as an example in detail the practice of social workservices in government purchase and measures, the government,social organizations and community residents, social workservices in three main roles, and buy the results. The fifthpart mainly introduces the problems existing in the social workservices in the government to purchase and the some thinkingto solve the problem. Problems including the government to purchase social work services there is confusion, the slowdevelopment of social organization, social work services inpublic is not yet approved, social work team is not stable andso on.
