Teenagers’weariness is a disgusting problem which confused many students, parents and the teachers. In recent years, many scholars from different disciplines have done many researches on this area, at the same time, there are a lot of positive practice, but have not yet formed an effective system to help teenagers solving the problem in theory and practice. So many multidisciplinary study forms together to help this group, but we can see there is still a long way to go.In this study, I took a junior high school student z as an example, which has typical weariness of school. This research chose the first-viewed observation method and interview method as the basic research technique, to discuss the causes of teenagers tired of learning. According to this case, I found the essence of Z’s weariness of school is caused by the negative cognitive due to negative experience damaged his ego for which many times after he failed the exam accumulated, parents and teacher’s both inside negative evaluation due to the interaction. All these factors make z formed a negative cognition of school education and self-concept, hence he shows more behavioral emotional weariness and tired of learning.Based on the present situation and theory of energized, this study designed for weariness junior middle school students Z to commit social work intervention, to verify that the predecessors’ research conclusion, the influence factors of teenagers’ weary of learning and compare different effects about three kinds of case work mode in improving youth learning.In a three-month case implementation with three patterns of egotism intervened and observation, through talks, supervision and other professional case work method, and with the model of behavior therapy of small incremental method, the rational-emotional therapy and client-centered therapy, the results found that client has improved self-confidence, and weariness in mood and behavior, has been improved to a certain extent.According to the practical research, we verify the ABC-theory which indicate cognitive elements affect the client’s behavior and come to the following conclusions:1. The causes of the client’s weariness of the learning essentially include both inside and outside factors, which is due to an accumulated negative-ego-experience as well as parents and the teachers’ negative evaluation;2. The negative cognition of the school education and self-concept, is one of the important factors affecting the client’s problem. Besides, the change of external environment has significant effect on the client’s cognitive;3. Other people’s active and positive evaluation can help the client to establish learning self-confidence, improve the negative self-awareness of the client caused by the weariness;4. Social worker’s unconditional care and companion can effectively alleviate the emotional anxiety for school weariness.
