With the development of a new economy of reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,a large number of rural laborers have moved to cities,and the problems of left-behind middle school students have received increasing attention from all walks of life.Parents go out to work to cause parent-child separation,and this phenomenon will have many impacts on the growth and parenting of left-behind children.The left-behind middle school students are in adolescence,and the development of the network and mass media has a great influence on the personality shaping of children during this period.Among them,the problem of losing the interest of learning among the left-behind middle school students is not only a family problem,but also a society involving hierarchical solidification and order stability.Sexual problems,so we should pay attention to the phenomenon that left-behind middle school students are tired of learning.The narrative treatment mode is an intervention mode that focuses on the self-reflection of the client through interviews,and externalizes and deconstructs the problem to achieve the ultimate goal.This new feature helps to solve the problem of left-behind middle school students' learning.This study combines the theory of narrative therapy with the case study method,intervenes in the left-behind middle school students who are tired of learning,and uses qualitative methods to conduct research.In the local middle school of L town,a left-behind middle school student with a problem of learning is selected.The case owner.According to the steps of the social work of the case,start to take over the case,establish a good professional relationship,and collect detailed information,conduct preliminary analysis and estimation of the case of the case;secondly,develop a service for the case with the blueprint of the practice of the narrative treatment model.The plan is to listen to the old narrative of the case and discover the dominant factors in the mainstream narrative;then guide the caser to reflect,the externalization problem deconstructs the old narrative,and the case owner to find the exceptions in life and discover the unique results;then Through a behavioral act with a sense of ritual,such as inviting an outsider as a witness to reshape the story of the new life of the case;in the end,the case study of the model is evaluated and summarized in the research on the problem of left-behind middle school students.The following conclusions were drawn from the research: First,the middle school students who are tired of learning are not really unwilling to learn,but are influenced by some mainstream discourse rights around them,such as the stereotype brought by the identity label of the client's “left behind”.As well as other factors such as the pressure of further studies and the frustration of learning,and the negative impact of the case,these negative emotional experiences gradually construct the self-recognition of the client.Through the deconstruction of the previous stories,the case help the client to restore self-confidence and courage,reshape self-awareness,and greatly improve the problem of tiredness.Second,the combination of narrative treatment mode and social work provides lessons for the intervention in other fields of social work,and also enriches the development of social work theory.
