Teenagers is the future development of hope,related issues has been praised by the society from all walks of life attention, adolescents’ learning is the students, parents and teachers have been, with the progress of social science and technology level, the society more and more of the temptation of teenagers, plus school for graduation rates, the rapid increase of the test pressure, youth learning rate rise, our country also pay more and more attention to the youth learning problems. This problem is not only depend on the change to solve their own youth, it requires parents to give certain understanding and cooperation, school teachers to give encouragement and support, work closely with the social from all walks of life, create a positive learning and living atmosphere for young children. To fundamentally solve the problem of youth learning, reduce the youth learning rate of our country.Taking fuxin X was born as an example, A high school according to the case of social work knowledge, aimed at young people disgusted with individual case analysis, first of all find out the causes of youth learning, using professional social work method, with advantages of perspective visual and internal and external influential paradigm theory as the guide, mining are learning potential of teenagers, build self-confidence and the case work and family, studied the case work involved in youth learning, hope for the future learning problems of teenagers and their families for help.The article main body is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, the paper’s research background, the purpose of the selected topic significance and literature review at home and abroad; The second part is to define the relevant concepts, theoretical basis and working methods, the main definition of learning disabilities and school phobia for adolescents, using good perspective theory and the analysis of internal and external influential paradigm youth learning, using the case method of social work to the cause that causes teenagers tired of put forward the corresponding solutions and Suggestions; The third part is through the form of a questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of adolescent learning, learning performance, and analyses the reason of learning; The fourth part is case work involved in the practice process of adolescent learning, mainly for learning problems through the case tutoring teenagers, in the light of the basic situation of egotism and family take effective intervention strategies, solve the problem of egotism learning; The fifth part is the conclusions and policy recommendations.
