Research On Talent Training Mode Of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic

With the development of social economy and higher vocational education, the domestic and foreign experts and scholars conducts research on the cultivation model of higher vocational education which is drawing more and more attention of public, and it has become a hot topic in the field of vocational and technical education research problems. At present, China’s higher vocational education personnel training mode also has many problems, which influences the in-depth and sustainable development of higher vocational education in our country, and needs further improvement. In such context, this article is the preliminary research on the personnel training mode of Guangdong engineering polytechnic.This thesis first elaborates some theories related to talent cultivating mode of higher vocational and technical education, such as the theory of people’s development in an all-round way, the theory of talent cultivating of higher vocational and technical education, and theoretical foundations of the student-centered approach, Practical Learning theory and Constructivism. Then this thesis analyses the success of talent cultivating mode of higher vocational and technical education at home and abroad and its enlightenment to us.Secondly, this paper discusses successful experience of cultivating talents of the higher vocational and technical education at home and abroad and what it bring to us as the beneficial enlightenment and reference. Finally, take the personnel training mode of Guangdong engineering polytechnic as an example, this paper analyses the characteristics of the college personnel training mode, the existing problems and causes of the problem, and draw lessons from the successful experience of talent cultivation at home and abroad, puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. Also on basis of the sustainable development of the school and improve the quality of its personnel training for other higher vocational colleges, this paper provide its significance of guidance and reference.This paper adopts the theory of research and investigation and research, the combination of literature review, case analysis and comparative research method.
