Research On Optimization Of Talent Training Mode In Higher Vocational Colleges

The mode of talent training in higher vocational colleges is an important part of Higher Vocational education.Based on the domestic and international economic situation changes,"double top" strategy implementation of the dual background,theoretical analysis of the mode of talent cultivation in the higher vocational colleges,higher vocational education from the practice in the complex,outline the main logic of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,is an important issue to be concerned in theoretical and practical circles urgently.By means of combining theory and empirical analysis methods,reveals the theoretical basis of training mode optimization in vocational colleges,namely system theory,governance theory and social stratification theory,and detailed definition of the higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges,personnel training mode in terms of connotation and denotation.In the past twenty years,the training mode of traditional talents has achieved remarkable results in training scale,daily management,fund acquisition and teaching technology.However,profound changes in acceleration,realistic social mobility and social structure,the existing personnel training mode seriously lags behind the practice needs,existing training concept fuzzy,professional structure distortion,curriculum system lag,evaluation mechanism,fatigue and other problems.By inverse interpretation of the way of thinking,combined with the reality of the actual development of the motivation behind the generation,that includes social cognitive difficulties and attention is not strong,the higher vocational colleges themselves blindly orientation,government and corporate responsibility system,lack of supporting laws and regulations lack.From the point of view of government and enterprises,higher vocational colleges in the view of subject,put forward specific path optimization model of the future cultivation of talents in Higher Vocational Colleges: government departments should strengthen policy support and direction to lead efforts,establish cooperative education mechanism,sound system of vocational education system to improve the market regulation law;enterprises should improve the human resources management platform,strengthen the promotion the intensity and enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges take measures to support the effective implementation of school enterprise cooperation;higher vocational colleges should improve the management system,the establishment of modern occupation education teachers,the fine structure of the perfect market demand oriented professional setting system,improve the personnel training of internal quality assurance system.
